1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Games Mighty website, support communications and Games Mighty mobile games and services that link to it. Games Mighty is an independent game studio and brand. In this policy, “Games Mighty”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Games Mighty website, games and support services.
Because our portfolio may contain multiple games, the exact data processed can vary by title, platform, country, age setting, consent choice and enabled feature. Only the services and data practices actually enabled in a released product apply to that product. The Google Play Data safety section for each game should be read together with this policy.
2. Data We May Collect or Process
Depending on the game and enabled features, Games Mighty and our service providers may process the following categories:
- App activity: app launches, sessions, screens viewed, gameplay events, level or tutorial progress, feature use, button taps, ad interactions and purchase-related events where purchases are enabled.
- Device and app information: device model, operating-system version, language, app version, country or region, network type and technical identifiers such as Firebase installation identifiers, app-set identifiers or advertising identifiers where available and permitted.
- Approximate location: general country, city or region inferred from an IP address. We do not request precise GPS location for ordinary gameplay.
- Crash logs: stack traces, relevant application state, app version, device metadata and Crashlytics installation identifiers collected when a game crashes.
- Diagnostics: SDK and app performance information, loading time, stability information and other technical data used to maintain services, diagnose problems and prevent fraud.
- Purchase information, where enabled: product identifier, purchase token, transaction status, entitlement and related verification information supplied through Google Play Billing. Games Mighty does not receive the user’s complete payment-card or bank-account details.
- Support communications: email address, message content, screenshots and other information a user voluntarily sends to us.
3. Advertising — Google AdMob and UMP
Some Games Mighty games display advertising through Google AdMob. Depending on consent, age settings, region and configuration, ads may be personalized, non-personalized or limited and may include banners, interstitial ads or optional rewarded ads.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information such as IP address, app interactions, ad views and taps, diagnostic information, Android advertising ID, app-set ID and other device or account identifiers. This information may be used for ad delivery, frequency control, advertising measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance.
Where required, Google User Messaging Platform may present consent messages or privacy choices before or in connection with advertising. Rewarded ads are optional, and the game explains the offered reward before the user chooses to watch the ad. Advertising partners may process information under their own privacy policies.
4. Google Analytics for Firebase
Where enabled, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how our games are discovered and used, evaluate player journeys and improve gameplay, onboarding, balance, performance and monetization.
Analytics may record automatically collected events and Games Mighty-defined events, including first open, sessions, engagement, screen or feature use, tutorial progress, levels, upgrades, in-game economy activity, ad events and purchase events where purchases are enabled. Analytics may also process device and app metadata, approximate region, Firebase installation identifiers and related technical identifiers.
We use analytics to understand aggregated patterns and product performance. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, payment-card details, message content or other directly identifying personal information as custom analytics event values.
5. Firebase Crashlytics
Where enabled, we use Firebase Crashlytics to identify, diagnose and fix crashes and stability problems.
When a game crashes, Firebase Crashlytics may automatically collect crash logs, stack traces, relevant application state, device and operating-system metadata, app version information and a Crashlytics installation identifier.
We use this information for crash reporting, technical diagnostics, app stability, troubleshooting and performance improvement. We do not intentionally attach names, email addresses, payment information or other directly identifying personal information to Crashlytics reports.
6. In-App Purchases — Where Enabled
Some Games Mighty games or future versions may offer digital products such as virtual currency, upgrades, bundles or removal of ads. On Google Play, eligible purchases are processed through Google Play Billing only when that feature is enabled in the released build.
Google processes payment credentials and payment authorization. Games Mighty may receive product IDs, purchase tokens, order or transaction status, price and currency information, entitlement status and other information required to validate, grant, restore, support or prevent fraudulent purchases. We do not receive the user’s full credit-card, debit-card or bank-account details.
7. Local Game Data
Games may store progress locally on the device, including settings, levels, virtual currency, upgrades, employee status, unlocks and other gameplay state. Local data normally remains on the device unless a specific cloud or account feature is introduced and separately disclosed.
Clearing app storage or uninstalling a game may permanently delete local progress. A purchase entitlement may be restorable through Google Play when the product and implementation support restoration.
8. Website and Support
The Games Mighty website is currently a static informational site and does not itself use advertising trackers or website analytics. When a visitor follows a Google Play or other external link, that third-party service applies its own policies.
If a user contacts us, we use the submitted information to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, process privacy requests, investigate fraud or abuse and maintain necessary business records.
10. Consent and Player Choices
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, a game may show a consent message or privacy-options interface before using data for personalized advertising. Users may be able to choose non-personalized or limited ads, revisit privacy options, reset or delete the Android advertising ID, change Google ad-personalization settings, or limit certain device permissions.
Some data may be necessary to provide advertising, billing, security, fraud prevention, crash reporting or basic technical functionality and may not be fully optional. Choices can affect ad relevance, but should not prevent ordinary access to the core game unless a feature technically requires the data.
11. Retention and Deletion
We retain developer-accessible analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, purchase-support and communication records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including product improvement, entitlement support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance and business records. Retention within Google services is also governed by our configured settings and Google’s applicable policies.
Unless a specific game states otherwise, Games Mighty games do not use a Games Mighty user-account system, so there may be no Games Mighty account to delete. Users may clear local app data through Android settings. Requests concerning information directly controlled by Games Mighty can be submitted through our Data Deletion page or by emailing support@gamesmighty.com.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our games are not specifically directed to children under 13 unless a particular store listing states otherwise. We do not knowingly ask children to submit names, email addresses or other directly identifying information through our games.
If a game is offered to children or mixed audiences, we apply the relevant Google Play Families requirements, age-appropriate ad configuration, consent requirements and SDK restrictions. A parent or guardian who believes a child has directly provided personal information to Games Mighty may contact us for review.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our size and services. Data transmitted by the integrated Google AdMob and Firebase SDKs is encrypted in transit using industry-standard transport encryption such as TLS or HTTPS. Access to developer consoles is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when we release new games, add or remove SDKs, change monetization, introduce accounts or cloud features, or respond to legal and platform requirements. We will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide an in-game notice.
