Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing gamesmighty.com, installing or using a Games Mighty game, making an in-app purchase, viewing an advertisement or using a related service, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific rules shown in the game or store listing. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable product.

Studio-Wide Scope

These Terms apply to the Games Mighty website, our current games, future games that refer to them, support channels, advertising-supported features, analytics-enabled features and digital purchases. Additional rules may apply to a particular game, event, promotion, platform or country.

Limited Game Licence

Games Mighty grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use our games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules.

Users do not acquire ownership of our game code, systems, artwork, brands, characters, virtual currency, virtual items or other intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

The Games Mighty name, logos, website design, software, game code, artwork, text, screenshots, videos, music, characters and promotional materials are owned by Games Mighty or used under licence. They may not be copied, sold, republished, redistributed, reverse engineered or commercially exploited except where applicable law or written permission permits.

Acceptable Conduct

Users must not use cheats, bots, exploits, modified clients or unauthorized automation; manipulate ads or rewards; make fraudulent purchases; bypass payment, security or consent systems; introduce malicious code; disrupt our games or services; impersonate Games Mighty; abuse support channels; or infringe the rights of others.

We may restrict access, remove unlawfully obtained virtual items or take other reasonable action where fraud, abuse, exploitation or a serious breach is detected.

Advertising and Rewarded Ads

Games Mighty games may display third-party advertising, including banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Ad availability, format and personalization can vary by region, device, age setting, consent choice and network conditions.

Where a rewarded ad is offered, the game identifies the expected reward before the user chooses to watch. Rewards are game content only and have no cash value. Users must not use automated clicks, fraudulent traffic, network manipulation or other methods to generate invalid ad activity.

Analytics and Product Improvement

We use analytics services to understand game usage, evaluate gameplay, improve onboarding, balance features, investigate technical issues and measure monetization. Data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Users must not intentionally submit personal, unlawful or harmful content through any feature designed only for gameplay or technical events.

In-App Purchases

Our games may offer digital products such as virtual currency, upgrades, bundles or removal of ads. Purchases made in Android apps distributed through Google Play are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play’s payment, refund, family-payment and account rules.

Prices and availability may vary by country, currency, taxes, store account and promotional offer. Purchases must be authorized by the account holder. Games Mighty does not receive complete payment-card or bank-account details from Google Play.

Where supported, a non-consumable entitlement such as “Remove Ads” may be restored using the same eligible Google Play account. Consumable currency or items generally cannot be restored after they have been consumed, used or granted, except where required by law or confirmed by support records.

Virtual Currency, Rewards and Items

Virtual currency, upgrades, rewards and other digital items are licensed content within the relevant game. They are not bank deposits, legal tender or real-world property and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game unless Games Mighty expressly provides an approved feature.

Game economies, prices, rewards and balances may be adjusted for balancing, development, security, fraud prevention, technical or compliance reasons. We will not intentionally remove a valid paid entitlement without a legitimate reason, and non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds and Purchase Support

Refund eligibility is primarily governed by the app store that processed the transaction and applicable consumer law. Users should use Google Play’s purchase-history and refund tools where applicable. We may request an order number or other non-sensitive transaction information to investigate entitlement issues. Never send full payment-card or bank details to Games Mighty.

Third-Party Stores and Services

Our games may use or link to Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase and other authorized services. Their own terms, policies, consent interfaces, billing rules, technical requirements and availability restrictions also apply. Games Mighty does not control every third-party service or advertisement.

Updates and Availability

We may update, rebalance, add, remove, suspend or discontinue a game, advertisement format, purchase offer, virtual item or website feature where reasonably necessary for development, security, policy compliance, technical limitations or business reasons. We do not guarantee indefinite support for every device, operating-system version, third-party SDK or feature.

Disclaimers and Liability

The website and games are provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide a stable, accurate and enjoyable experience, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, continuous ad availability or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Games Mighty is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use, inability to use or temporary unavailability of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as our portfolio, monetization, services, platforms or legal obligations change. The updated version and effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply, to the extent permitted by law.
